What a project. John and I decided to start digging.

After a couple days, 80 beers and a few blisters.

120 beers, a new powerflex shovel with a larger digging blade and the help of a few more. Possesed to dig by candle lit night.

Closer and closer we got.

Finally we made it to the bottom, time for cement work.

Team Cement by candle light.

The following night we painted it. Thanks to Home Depot and thier afforadable clearance paint selection.

Add some sick new coping thanks to Josh from San Diego and wallah. Two months of work for five days of skating. Beer totals were up in the hundreds. If I knew it would only last five days would I do it again?

I think that's a yes I hear.

I just wanted to thank everybody who showed up to dig, especially my girl friend Jade who dug almost every day, even though she is just learing to ride her skate. To Drew and his construction digging mayhem. To John who I would have never started this with out. To Scott fo showing up here and there. To Gyr who did his share of digging and the two hessian groms Anthony and Brett. Can't forget Bobby for his epic cement work while we all got drunk by the fire. Tim the resident Punk gets recognition too. Josh Z. from San Diego made the drive up a few times and brought us the epic coping. Some others came and went but never dug that much. Those listed above are the ones who made it happen, Thanks Guys.
