This is a ditch in St. Louis, MO that was first built in 1981. The first version lasted until 1985 when the highway department re-did it. They cut down the hill and made it more level to the highway. The old ditch was actually better with more of a transition from the flat to walls. But the new one served us well for many years. The area we skated it in these photos is now totally blown up. You can still skate it further down but the sweet spot was near the top. The photos range from 1986 through 1991.
